La Maison Galante was founded by Helen Hucke, whose passion and experience with food was enriched by many trips to France with her husband who himself grew up on the Cote D’azur, near Nice.
Everyone who has spent time in the Alpes-Maritimes and Provence can understand the long-lasting impression the region leaves on those fortunate enough to have lived there. And so many good memories involve the enjoyment of food. La Maison Galante, aims to deliver and share some of the lovely flavours and ambiance with you.
